vend 2017 SP ashley lo resThroughout the weekend, be sure to check out our outdoor and indoor marketplaces featuring a select group of woman-run, earth-friendly, mostly local businesses. Bustling with activity during class breaks, participants enjoy shopping for herbal products, clothes, plants, house wares, and handicrafts.

For vendors interested in applying, please note that this year we are holding the conference at a new venue: Kanuga Conference & Retreat Center. We have limited space available and are expecting a large volume of applications. As you will see below, we have made some changes to the options and timing. 

NEW this year:

  • We are offering both outdoor and indoor vendor options
  • Vendor load-in will be on Friday, October 12th in the morning, exact time TBD
  • Our vendor areas are limited, and there is no space for camping behind your booth

Outdoor Booth

  • 10’x10’ booth space on grass or gravel
  • Provide your own tent, tables, etc.
  • $300 booth fee includes registration for one
  • $80 assistant registration (limited to one)

Indoor Table

  • 6’x30” table in room with other vendors
  • We provide the table and one chair
  • $300 booth fee includes registration for one
  • No assistant registration
