What should I bring and when should I arrive?

12:00pm Check-in for Pre-conference Intensive and Workshop opens *

Arrival process may take up to 90 minutes. Please be patient as you move through the steps, and if you are trying to arrive for a specific event, allow this amount of time for arrival.
* If you signed up for a Pre-Conference intensive or workshop that starts at 1:30pm (Herbal Secrets for Cultivating your Wild Heart with Eaglesong-Gardner OR Intuitive Stone Medicine with Sarah Thomas), check-in will open for you at 12:00. Please arrive as close to 12:00 as possible to ensure you will make it to your class on time.
The Herbal Conference is located at Kanuga Conference and Retreat Center, 130 Kanuga Chapel Dr, Hendersonville, NC 28739. For information on carpooling, driving, and flying, see our getting there page.Parking is limited, please carpool or share a ride from your home town (near or far) or the airport you fly into ~ to connect with others who have a ride to share or are searching for a ride to join, post our RideVu carpooling platform.
I'm nervous about Hurricane Michael. Is the conference still on? What if I can't make it?
Yes, the conference is on! We will hold the event October 12-14, rain or shine.
We do understand your concerns about the weather and have been following the predictions closely ourselves. We are keeping our fingers crossed that the rain will be less than expected and move out quickly, making way for a beautiful sunshiney weekend. And we will be packing our rain boots just in case.
Remember that our cancellation policy states that there will be no refunds for cancellations after September 5th. If you are unable to join us, we would appreciate you sending us a message so we are not anticipating you at check-in, but we are unable to offer refunds. You are welcome to transfer your registration to a woman of your choice—just send an email to let us know her name and email address, and please send her your arrival instructions.

Can I still register? Will you have walk-in registration available?

I see Meal Tickets are sold out, what are my food options?
We bring in several food trucks and vendors with a variety of food and beverage choices including vegetarian and gluten free options. There is an indoor and outdoor eating area located near the food vendors, a great place to either gather with friends or meet some new friends, while enjoying a meal. Food Vendors will start serving at Friday Dinner.
You are also welcome to bring your own food.
Do you have any volunteer opportunities?
Yes, we do have a volunteer program but at this time all volunteer crews and positions are full.

Do I need to sign up for classes ahead of time?
I would like to arrive Thursday. Can I check in Thursday?
I read that we cannot bring dogs. Can you make an exception?
Service dogs will be permitted with prior approval.
