Classes are grouped in sections for ease of understanding only. Participants may take classes in any section at any time without preregistration (except intensives which you must sign up for).

All of life is a story. Every day, we are both story tellers and story listeners. Stories are made up of words, movements, and facial expressions. By becoming conscious of the stories inside and around us, we can create anything we want.

The Power of the Drum (Tending our Spirits)

Learn how to play the drum correctly through easy rhythm patterns that leave everyone feeling successful. Song, chants, and women in circle will leave us feeling united and empowered. Practice during the weekend for participation during Saturday evening fire circle.

Owning the Sword of Truth (Tending our Spirits)

How do you deal with conflict? Distrust causes rejection, back-biting, stories and fractures relations. Want healing? Learn to communicate bravely and take leadership without old blame/shame paradigms. Develop compassion for joyful liberation and live free of old patterns and drama.

Panel Discussion on Diversity (Tending our Spirits)

Join Osunyemi, Marcia Jones, Leah & Chloe Smith, and DancingLion for a dialog on race issues. As we bring our awareness and attention here, we can find ways to step forward into a bodily experience of expansion and healing.

Ecstatic Surrender through Art (Tending our Spirits)

Identify and release emotional and spiritual blocks through artistic expression. Through a guided meditation you’ll identify some habitual responses and discover how the magic of movement, color, line and shape can be used for ecstatic surrender to a Higher Self.

Sacred Purpose of Relationship (Tending our Spirits)
with Anyaa McAndrew, Sunday 9:00-10:30
Every relationship carries an energetic, mystical third, that once revealed and honored, blesses the couple and provides a framework for living out that relationship’s sacred purpose, including the foundational purpose to be each others’ healers.

Empowered from Within (Tending our Spirits)
with Laurel Mamet, Sunday 11:00-12:30
Self-esteem is our most powerful source of self-awareness. We will explore aspects of identity such as intuition (my gut feeling), discernment (I trust myself), confidence (I believe in myself), sovereignty (I govern myself) and release fears that hold negative attachments in place.
