Classes are grouped in sections for ease of understanding only. Participants may take classes in any section at any time without preregistration (except intensives which you must sign up for).
| Abstract Drawing using Sound Vibration (Our Creative Hearts)
with Marcia Jones, Friday 2:30-4:00 What’s in a name? You’ll be guided thorough the process of creating abstract art based on the sound vibration of your name or of a special plant name that you feel connected to. Watch the mystery emerge. |
| Sing for Justice, Sing for Joy (Our Creative Hearts)
with Linda Metzner, Friday 4:30-6:00 We’ll join in song of freedom fighters, women’s empowerment, social activism, the Goddess, and some songs just for the sheer beauty and joy of words and melody. They can be done in parts, as rounds, in many languages, and some including movement. |
| Dynamic Meditation -- Catharsis and Celebration (Our Creative Hearts)
with Laurel Mamet, Saturday 9:00-10:30 This one-hour meditation involves five parts: chaotic breathing, cathartic release, upward energy flow, witnessing, and celebration all done in order to help eliminate “blocks” and create an opening of spiritual transformation through the body side of the mind-body-spirit trilogy. |

Designed for every body, NIA blends elements from dance and the healing and martial arts for a creative, expressive, playful and powerful movement experience. |
| Poetry Inspired by Nature: Gaia Speaks Through Us (Our Creative Hearts)
with Linda Metzner, Sunday 9:00-10:30 Be guided in listening to the voices of the natural world to inspire your own poetic voice. To allow ideas to flow freely one must be receptive and honoring toward nature, self and others. Will include time alone and optional sharing. |
| Sacred Circle Dance (Our Creative Hearts)
with Barbara Nerenz-Kelley, Sunday 11:00-12:30 Performed with Eastern European, classical, and contemporary music, we’ll explore themes relating to the seasons, cycles of life, emotions, and more. The dance forms and steps are simple yet through repetition and mindful awareness the symbolism is deep and profound. |
