Greetings Wise Women!

I am excited to belong to a newly opened forum for Wise Women of the South East!
I am a home birth midwife (CPM), licensed in VA, serving the greater-Richmond metro
area and surrounding communities.

I have been attending home births for 16+ years (WHEW!).

I am a "user" herbalist, meaning that I don't grow or prepare my own plants and
remedies, but rather look to my local resources for those services. I counsel and
recommend herbal remedies and treatments for women in my care & their families.

Blessing to all the Wise Women on this forum! Let's get to know each other!

I'm just beginning in all of this - no background at all in the wise woman traditions.  I'll be going to the conference this fall and I am really looking forward to it!  I hope to learn a lot here and meet some great women.
