tincture advice please!

Does anyone have advice on making tinctures using extra tinctures already made? As in, I have a ton of milky oats tincture which I don't imagine I'll ever use, and ended up needing to dry some horehound after transplating some near y house-can I simply make horehound tincture with the extra milky oats? I can't think of a reason why not, but thought I'd ask you wise women out there...

Were you thinking of using the wild oats tincture as your menstrum to tincture the horehound? I want to make sure I'm understanding correctly.
Best,

Since Milky Oats has a mild flavor and is nutritive, gentle, supportive this would be fine. I probably wouldn't do it if the menstrum had a really intense action or taste, but in this case it would work.
