Garlic + vinegar

For awhile I was brewing kombucha at home.  Sometimes the batch would ferment too long for drinking and become vinegar.  I began saving these batches and steeping fresh, chopped garlic in them.  This raw vinegar is absolutely delicious sprinkled over greens. ::)

Thanks for the tip! Garlic is a staple in our house, especially when autumn arrives and we like to really gear up our immune systems, so I'm always looking for new ways to utilize it. If you haven't tried the Garlic Elixir, I highly recommend it. My children love it!

The Red Moon Herbs Garlic Elixir is the (only) thing I look forward to when I am sick.  It tastes so very yummy.  My daughter and I love it.

ah yes garlic has so many wonderful amazing uses! I sometimes just chop it up and eat in on a spoon with some peanut butter. Its delicious and really kicks up my immune system. Eating it with honey is even better since the honey has powerful medicinal effects as well.
