Refund Policy

If you cancel: Fees are refundable for cancellations prior to August 30th, minus a $75 office fee. After August 30th, there will be NO refunds. Fees can be transferred to a woman of your choice at anytime, or donated to our scholarship fund.
If we cancel: SEWW is expecting to hold the conference, rain or shine. In the unlikely event that we were forced to cancel, we would refund as much of the registration fees as possible, which could mean we would be unable to offer any refunds.

Group Discount

If you are part of an organization, school, or a great group of friends, you can take advantage of our group discount. Organize a group of 8 or more women to register together and you all will save money. Group registrants receive a 10% discount off registration fees! Prior to registering, the group leader needs to request a coupon code from Ema via our email contact form. The message must include either the names of the women in the group AND/OR a group name for your organization. She'll then send you a coupon code to apply to our easy online registration. Just pass the code and link for the online registration on to the women in your group. Group discounts will only apply to full paying registrants (not vendors, volunteers, etc).

Volunteer

Volunteering is a vital and fun part of the conference and helps bring this event to life. We rely on the commitment and competence of the women who are part of the volunteer program each year - women who enjoy their conference experience being as much about service as it is about attending classes. Volunteers help with all aspects of creating the conference from greeting and parking, to set-up and clean-up, to class production and staff support. Experience the satisfaction of working with a team of strong women as well as access to conference classes and events.

Scholarships

Thanks to contributions from participants and private donors, we are able to provide a limited number of scholarships for women who might not otherwise be able to attend. Scholarships are prioritized for those with financial needs that fit these criteria:

  • Women of color
  • Native American women
  • Women with physical limitations who are unable to volunteer
  • Veterans
  • Young women under 17
  • Elders over 65

2017 Scholarships are now FULL. Application for the 2018 conference will be posted in early spring.
